These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of USMail services, including the web application at app.usmail.app, the API at api.usmail.app, and the marketing website at www.usmail.app (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use USMail. If you are using USMail on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at security@usmail.app.
You agree to use USMail only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use USMail to:
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to USMail, including email messages and attachments. You grant USMail a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, USMail's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
